Ellie is an award-winning Project Manager who currently leads Project Management services for Woodley Coles LLP. Ellie joined the industry with no prior knowledge or experience of the Built Environment, so is a keen advocate of generating equal opportunity for all in the industry. In 2023, Ellie founded Generation 4 Change (G4C) in Kent which seeks to provide junior professionals with an accessible platform to facilitate informal, collaborative networking, to provide future-focussed, relevant CPD, and to create a support community as everyone progresses through their construction careers. As of this year, Ellie will also be stepping into the Chair role for Constructing Excellence Kent, a club that brings together the entire Kent supply chain to promote collaboration and best practice.
