Neda Haghshenas is the Social Value Lead for Fit Out + Retrofit at Mace, working with clients, supply chains, stakeholders, and community organisations to embed social value across projects. She leads initiatives that deliver social impact, including apprenticeships, training & employment opportunities, and educational programmes that support young people and promote social mobility.

A member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, Neda has contributed to the Institute for Public Policy Research paper on social value in the housing sector and spoken at the London Build Expo’s Sustainability Stage in 2022 and 2023. Her work focuses on developing strategies that address local community needs, measuring social and economic outcomes, promoting diversity and inclusivity, and delivering programmes that build skills and social capital.
