Encourage, guide and support women and ethnic minorities into engineering, construction and careers in built environment.

School Visits: We liaise with Secondary schools, colleges and universities in gathering information and access to  school tours and experience a class session for candidates that have signed-up for free for them to experience firsthand and understand what the industry is about, to confirm its not all muddy shoes and wet coats.

Conferences: We engage with colleges, universities in passing on information on how to start a career the industry and understanding the different routes to getting started.

Tours: We organise conferences, tours, workshops, career fairs and seminars for candidates to meet with employers for first hand information.
