Rohit Malhotra is an adaptable Chartered Construction Project Management professional with a strong technical foundation in Civil Engineering and over four years of experience across project planning, cost management and contracts management. Rohit is presently contributing as a Project Manager within the Project and Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis in their Bristol office. Over the past year with AtkinsRealis, he has led the Bath Walking, Wheeling and Cycling Links project in its pre-construction phase and currently contributes to High Speed 2 (HS2) within the IPPC (Improvement Plan for Programme Controls) team.

Passionate about stakeholder engagement, programme delivery and NEC contracts, Rohit is also a strong advocate for ED&I in construction, as well as mentoring and inspiring the next generation of construction. His dedication and efforts has recently earned him the CIOB International Rising Star Award 2025 and multiple other industry award nominations. Moving forward Rohit hopes to shape a stronger and inclusive construction industry by creating an environment where diverse voices feel empowered to lead and innovate within the industry.
